To make this unusual mandarin tea, the pulp is removed, white tea is placed inside and left to stand under certain conditions.

During long-term storage, the aroma and taste of white tea develop and become softer. In China, this tea is highly valued because it becomes fragrant and sweeter, as well as healthier. Also, over time, it loses the fruit acidity inherent in fresh White Peony. There may be hints of dried fruit, wine, and even autumn wild mushrooms in the taste and aroma - it all depends on how you brewed it.

Aged White Peony in mandarin is a wonderful multifaceted, universal tea for people with different tastes.
