Wuy Shui Xiang Oolong tea is easy to confuse with black tea, but once you inhale its aroma, you will realize that this is a completely different tea.
This turquoise tea is grown and produced only on the slopes of the legendary Wuyi Mountains, located in the north of Fujian Province (China).
Its aroma is unique and rich, with natural notes of narcissus, and the taste is pronounced, bright and refreshing. Strongly brewed, it goes well with almost all sweets, emphasizing and harmoniously complementing their taste. Wuy Shui Xian is delicious when paired with honey.
How to Brew Wu Shui Xian
1. Use purified bottled water.
2. Rinse the teapot with boiling water.
3. To prepare medium-strength Wuy Shui Xian tea, pour dry tea into a teapot that has just been heated with boiling water, based on a proportion of about 1 tbsp. tablespoons of dry tea per 0.5 liters of water.
4. Close the lid on the teapot, pick it up and shake it vigorously several times. Open the teapot and enjoy the aroma of heated dry tea - its aroma is simply fantastic!
