This amazing and rare alpine tea is grown at an altitude of 1600 m in the Hehuanshan tea plantations, between the Da Yu Ling and Li Shan plantations. The variety of tea bushes is Chin Shin Oolong.
The name of the mountain Hehuanshan in translation from Chinese means "Mountain of Joy". It is one of the few peaks in Taiwan where snow falls in winter.
The unique climate of the plantation gives this tea a unique aroma and taste, making it highly prized among fine tea collectors.

How to brew Mountain of Joy Oolong
1. Use purified bottled water.
2. Rinse the teapot with boiling water.
3. To prepare medium-strength tea, pour dry tea into a teapot that has just been heated with boiling water, based on a proportion of about 1 tbsp. tablespoons of dry tea without a slide for 0.5 liters of water.
4. Close the lid on the teapot, pick it up and shake it vigorously several times. Open the teapot and enjoy the aroma of warm dry tea.
5. The tea is now ready to be brewed. For brewing, use water with a temperature of 90-95 ° C.
6. Infusion time - 3-5 minutes. Pour the drink from the teapot into cups or pour it into a separate vessel. This turquoise tea can be brewed this way 3-5 times.
7. The best way to brew Mountain of Joy tea is the Gongfu Cha tea ceremony or the Ping Cha tea party.
