Red Rooibos is made from the plant Aspalathus linearis, which grows exclusively in the Söderberg Mountains in southwestern South Africa. Its feature is that in the process of processing the collected shoots undergo a stage of fermentation. Due to this, its aroma and taste become more pronounced and spicy. Strongly brewed, it goes well with honey and lemon. Refreshes well in summer if you drink cool.
