Harvested and processed in Yunnan (China).
Pu Er is a tea that is produced only in this province. The processing technology of Shu Pu-Er tea is unique: tea is left moistened for several months. In this state, under the influence of beneficial microorganisms, it undergoes the so-called post-fermentation. This tea does not lose its properties over time (unlike green tea), on the contrary, the longer the exposure, the more valuable Pu-Erh becomes. In addition to being just a tasty and pleasant drink, Pu-Er is very healthy. It cleanses the body of toxins, promotes weight loss, renews the digestive system and pleasantly calms, relieves stress and tension.
The combination of Shu Pu-Era with rose is considered a classic of taste today. Flowers of a special tea rose give the brewed drink an exquisite fruity tint, enhance the warming effect of tea. Such a drink is ideal for autumn, winter and spring, because. this combination strengthens the body's defenses and increases resistance to colds.

How to brew Shu Pu-erh
We recommend brewing this tea in a gaiwan or in a small (up to 200 ml) clay teapot.
1. Use purified bottled water
2. Use a teapot with a volume of no more than 200 ml, and preferably 100-150 ml. Rinse the pot with boiling water
3. To prepare a medium-strength drink, pour dry tea slightly chopped with a knife into a teapot that has just been heated with boiling water. Fill with tea 1/3 of the teapot volume (if the teapot volume is 100 ml) or 1/5 of the teapot volume (if the teapot volume is 200 ml).
4. Close the lid on the teapot, pick it up and shake it vigorously several times. Open the lid and enjoy the aroma of warm dry tea. It's just fantastic!
5. For brewing, use freshly boiled water at a temperature of 90-95°C. Pour water into a heated teapot with tea and immediately pour it out. Again, shake the teapot several times (and preferably 5-10 times). Open the lid - the space around you will be filled with the magical aroma of this wonderful tea. The tea is now ready to be brewed. Pour water into the kettle.
6. Infusion time - about 30 seconds (no more!). After this time, pour the drink from the teapot into Cha Hai. Pour the Cha Hai tea into small cups. Open the teapot and enjoy the aroma of tea leaves - it is no longer the same as it was before brewing (the aroma will change with each brewing).
7. Now - slowly - you can start drinking the first tea leaves. Trying it in small sips.
8. This tea can be brewed this way about 10 times. At the same time, the taste, aroma and aftertaste of each new serving is different. Try to brew it in this way, and it will be unbearably difficult to deny yourself such pleasure in the future. And if such a mini-ceremony is held for friends, no one will remain indifferent!
9. This tea is most pleasant and healthy when drunk warm, not letting it cool.
Happy tea!
